What is the pricing per guest and additional fees?
- Price per guest: $35 plus tax
- No food spend minimums for our Buffet Menus!

How many guests can the space accomodate?
The Grandview Venue can comfortably accommodate gatherings from 25 up to 250 guests. making it ideal for both intimate and larger events.
Do you allow outside vendors (DJ, decor, photographer, etc.)?
Yes! Outside vendors are welcome as long as they carry insurance. Please make sure proof of insurance is provided at least 30 days before your event.
When do you need the final guest count?
We kindly ask for your final guest count no later than 14 days before the event. This allows our team to prepare your menu, staffing, and room setup with care, ensuring everything is perfectly arranged for your gathering.
Do you offer security or is outside security required?
For all prom events, the school is responsible for hiring Somersworth Police officers to provide security.
What supervision or chaperone requirements do you have?
We require at least 10 chaperones or supervisors to be present during the event.
Is there on-site parking for students and chaperones?
Yes! There is ample on-site parking available for students and chaperones, and we also have room for school buses.
