What is the pricing per guest and additional fees?

How many guests can the space accomodate?
The Grandview Venue can comfortably accommodate gatherings from 25 up to 250 guests. making it ideal for both intimate and larger shower events.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own décor. You can also coordinate with Leslie to arrange setup either the day before your event or prior to your scheduled time.
Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes! Outside vendors are welcome as long as they carry insurance. Please make sure proof of insurance is provided at least 30 days before your event.
When do you need the final guest count?
We kindly ask for your final guest count no later than 14 days before the event. This allows our team to prepare your menu, staffing, and room setup with care, ensuring everything is perfectly arranged for your gathering.
What three-hour time frame can we book?
You’re welcome to choose any three-hour time frame that works best for you and your family. We’ll accommodate the timing that feels right for your gathering.
